NEW Outlook will not print in Landscape view

The NEW Outlook will NOT print in landscape mode.

I do not get a choice when I click on PRINT. If I go to VIEW, I get to choose from Day, Week, Month etc. Nothing else.

Calendar settings and Print settings (i.e. the cog wheel icon) do not offer any options at all regarding landscape or portrait view.

I have another computer for which I have NOT upgraded to the NEW Outlook and fortunately, it can still print in Landscape mode with it. I also know that shifting to the NEW Outlook will become mandatory later this year.

This is extremely frustrating and so far, nobody has offered anything in the way of a solution.

    This 'not asking the user what they need' kind of programming is ridiculous! The same kind of thing happened a number of years ago when MS did a new version of Outlook, except then the problem was you could only print the week starting on Monday. My workaround until MS fixes this is to use a program called SnagIt (TechSmith) to capture the landscape view from the screen, and then print from Snag-It. It's a pain, but so far the best thing I can figure out.

    Come on MS! If you're going to make a new Outlook, then make it useable for the way many of us work. A good coder could add the options we need in a very short time.

    Might I suggest you send feedback to Microsoft? The more people who do, may have some impact! In Outlook go to "Help" then click on "Feedback"

    I found a solution! Ditch Outlook 365 and load the "old" desktop version of Outlook 2016. No more frustration with poor design! When MS gets their act together, I will give Outlook 365 a try again. I still use all other 365 apps.

    I totally agree. This is a major bungle on the part of Microsoft. I need a magnifying glass to see the events on my calendar in portrait mode. AND....If I print the calendar in detail mode, it truncates the info when going from page to page. You don't get the option to scale the print size either. T e r r i b l e programing I think.

    Microsoft are (in my opinion) so good in other aspects why can they not get this correct?
