NEW Outlook will not print in Landscape view

The NEW Outlook will NOT print in landscape mode.

I do not get a choice when I click on PRINT. If I go to VIEW, I get to choose from Day, Week, Month etc. Nothing else.

Calendar settings and Print settings (i.e. the cog wheel icon) do not offer any options at all regarding landscape or portrait view.

I have another computer for which I have NOT upgraded to the NEW Outlook and fortunately, it can still print in Landscape mode with it. I also know that shifting to the NEW Outlook will become mandatory later this year.

This is extremely frustrating and so far, nobody has offered anything in the way of a solution.

    Hello Cameron,

    I am sorry about your challenge.

    Please take the following steps to print Outlook calendar in landscape layout on desktop.

    1. Open the calendar and click on Print.
    2. In the Print window, select the calendar, View and Time range of your choice.
    3. Click on Print.
    4. Another window pops up. Here you select the printer and under Layout, select Landscape. Then click on Print. Now your calendar will be printed in Landscape layout.

    No this does not help.

    I tried to attach a screenshot, but clearly it did not go through, or you didn't look at it.

    When I am on the calendar page and then click PRINT, I do NOT get the option to change the page layout.

    I do NOT get an option for View or Time and Range.

    I do NOT get an option for page payout.

    I get to choose the view (day, week, month), and the time of day range.

    I do NOT get the option to choose portrait or landscape view.

    This is extremely frustrating. I have been printing my calendars for eons when using the OLD Outlook but CANNOT PRINT it using the NEW Outlook.

    I am sorry I wasn't comprehensive enough.

    The screenshot you shared is the first Print window. Click on Print on the page you shared with me and you will be taken to the Second Print window which I am sharing now. There, you will be able to select Landscape under Layout.

    I followed the above instructions fom GinikaID, but it did not solve the problem. I have today sent feedback to MS, but am so frustrated that I am unable to get the New Outlook to print a monthly calendar in landscape so that it fills one A4 page, as I could do with ease in the "old" Outlook. As far as I can see, it will print same size but spills over into two pages, and it is frustrating to see indicators such as "+2", "+3" indicating events that have to be expanded upon to read.

    It is essential that I print monthly calendars, one per A4 landscape page - The old Outlook calendar is much more user friendly.

    That exactly where I stand now. The person's suggestion allows me to print the monthly calendar in landscape but it runs on to two pages. This was not the case before.
