NEW Outlook will not print in Landscape view

The NEW Outlook will NOT print in landscape mode.

I do not get a choice when I click on PRINT. If I go to VIEW, I get to choose from Day, Week, Month etc. Nothing else.

Calendar settings and Print settings (i.e. the cog wheel icon) do not offer any options at all regarding landscape or portrait view.

I have another computer for which I have NOT upgraded to the NEW Outlook and fortunately, it can still print in Landscape mode with it. I also know that shifting to the NEW Outlook will become mandatory later this year.

This is extremely frustrating and so far, nobody has offered anything in the way of a solution.

    This doesn't work. There is only one printer and it defaults to that.

    Microsoft needs to put this back the way it was.

    Still prints on 2 pages, give us the old one back!!!!!!!!

    Is Microsoft taking any notice?

    No - as usual. By making senseless changes to the look, feel and function of their operating system and apps, they reduce the efficiency of my entire office staff, all of whom now need to re-learn the programs and are much less effective with their usual tasks. Their programmers may think this is fun, but our staff does not. For the amount we pay for the "privilege" of being under Microsoft's thumb, we should get better treatment. Not only are they not taking notice, but they also do NOT care.

    Sorry, I must be a bit thick, but there is nowhere I can see in NEW Outlook where to choose "File/Page Setup" and change to landscape or scaling.

    Hello Cameron,

    I am sorry about your challenge.

    Please take the following steps to print Outlook calendar in landscape layout on desktop.

    1. Open the calendar and click on Print.
    2. In the Print window, select the calendar, View and Time range of your choice.
    3. Click on Print.
    4. Another window pops up. Here you select the printer and under Layout, select Landscape. Then click on Print. Now your calendar will be printed in Landscape layout.
