Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

    There is a different thread which received the message below on Saturday saying that the team was working on a solution to the issue. There have been no updates since that time, and the message from the Moderator referred us to this thread, but it doesn't look like there have been any updates from Microsoft on this thread either. I'm hoping that we can get an update or timeline for a resolution?

    Based on further research and consult, currently, there is a hot issue related to sending to Yahoo and AoL. The product teaming is working on it to find a fix.

    You have a choice, wait forever or take action. If you use custom domain, they can't help you to fix the problem. You may be missing some or all necessary DNS records (SPF, DMARC, DKIM). You must fix that yourself. If you use outlook.com or hotmail.com domain, there is nothing you can do to fix it.

    I'm hoping you're wrong, because none of those acronyms you just posted mean anything to me. I'm an office administrator in a very small business, not an IT person.

    Perhaps you can answer this one question, do you use a custom domain name, for example: mycoolcompany.com

    If that is correct, would you mind telling us the domain name? Do not post your entire email address. At the very least, we can tell you who is responsible for fixing the problem (your IT, Microsoft, AOL or Yahoo/Gmail).

    It is a custom domain, but I'm not sure I'm comfortable saying my domain name (I'm sure I'm being paranoid). I will say that it is hosted by Microsoft365 and the domain was purchased through a 3rd party vendor (Nelnet, if it matters).
