    Even after updating DMARC DKIm and SPF if the issue persist then its because of

    Hello Brad,

    Thanks again for taking the time and language to try to help.

    Please confirm a few other things -

    You read your email in the Outlook Desktop App? (if not, how do you read your email, if outlook, do you know what version of outlook you use)

    => I read my email on Safari by logging onto my microsoft hotmail account : https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/inbox/

    You also have a hotmail acocunt, this forwards to your soulsoundyoga.be email account, correct?

    => The emails that are bouncing (from yahoo, aol and outlook) are coming from that same source hotmail email address but they use my domain name that I set up using Jimdo ; I don't have any other email accounts except hotmail.

    Do you only have the 1 @soulsoundyoga.be email address or do you have multiple?

    => only one

    Do you have the ability to create an additional @soulsoundyoga.be email address, or would that cost more money?

    => no idea. If it's a solution then I'm certainly willing but for continuity purposes it would be preferable to stay the same

    I think we just need to get a DMARC record created, so that is why all the questions.

    = that's where you lose me but I'm hanging in there. Thank you

    Ok, I'm still a little confused (I'm blonde) about how your domain email is tied to your Hotmail account. If you send an email from hotmail, does it look like it is coming from your hotmail account, or does it look like it is coming from your soulsoundyoga.be email address?

    (you can send me an email - brad _AT_ grorud _DOT_ org and I can see for myself)

    Have you tried logging into your soulsoundyoga.be directly and seeing if you are able to email yahoo or aol accounts from there?

    If you send me a test email, also send me as a separate message a forward or screenshot of the bounce-back message.

    -Brad

    I've read this thread and all the replies seem to be about custom domains. I have this issue but with a hotmail address. Am I out of luck? I've found another thread where the issue was seemingly relayed to Microsoft but that was in November last year. And the issue is still here today.
