Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Hi Brad,

Thanks for your help to all in the community. For me, it is a new language and I don't have IT support in my small enterprise.

I use Microsoft Outlook webmail and have been having these problems with yahoo, aol and hotmail but only from my "work" address: ******@hotmail.fr

I have a domain name linked to that address which is soulsoundyoga.be so that clients receive emails from ******@soulsoundyoga.be

My other webmail hotmail address does not have these problems.

I have read your reply carefully several times and I don't know where to start. My website is hosted by Jimdo but I don't know who owns my domain name.

From what I can tell on the internet, soulsoundyoga.be is not hosted in the M365 cloud. It appears to use jimdo.com for email and DNS services. Your email address was removed from the post, but as long as it ends in soulsoundyoga.be, I don't need it. If it ends in a different domain, please post that domain.

Jimdo.com might be the people who host your website, or could be a previous host that you never transferred DNS from. Regardless, they have control over your DNS, so that is the company you need to work with (or log into). If you can figure out how to log into the account,, then we can run additional checks to determine if you are M365 hosted for email or not.

Assuming your domain name ends with .com, replace <CustomDomain> with your domain name (without the .com)

Quickest way to get to DKIM settings: https://security.microsoft.com/authentication?viewid=DKIM

The problem is GoDaddy and other discount resellers don't follow that format. Also, I had a customer that used midpack for their domain, but that was taken for Microsoft, so their OnMicrosoft custom domain is different (midwestpack.onmicrosoft.com)

For Laura's, because she is a discount reseller customer, her custom domain is - NETORG11853100.onmicrosoft.com

Below I've posted a print screen after logging into Jimdo (my website) where I created email forwarding from hotmail.fr to my first name AT soulsoundyoga.be or FIRST NAME AT domain name . be (in case the real domain name is deleted for security).

I have had endless and useless backwards and forwards with Jimdo and have begged them to phone me to speak with a human. No humans available.

However, back to your first point, I don't use Jimdo to read mail but just for my website and as a domain name for my hotmail account.

Does this clarify anything?

Please confirm a few other things -

You read your email in the Outlook Desktop App? (if not, how do you read your email, if outlook, do you know what version of outlook you use)

All the email that you send out comes from your soulsoundyoga.be email account, correct?

You also have a hotmail acocunt, this forwards to your soulsoundyoga.be email account, correct?

Do you only have the 1 @soulsoundyoga.be email address or do you have multiple?

Do you have the ability to create an additional @soulsoundyoga.be email address, or would that cost more money?

I think we just need to get a DMARC record created, so that is why all the questions.
