Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

    You're at the wrong site. 365 Admin page is what you want https://admin.microsoft.com/

    not Exchange admin page https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com

    Ron, FYI, for people who were sold M365 by a discounted reseller such as GoDaddy, you can't log in directly to the admin center. It redirects them to the GoDaddy management page which doesn't have the expected options for M365, only very limited options.

    Brad,

    When I attempt that by clicking on Microsoft 365 admin center link I simply get pushed back into the Godaddy "Email and Office" management screen that doesn't actually allow any real management.

    Perhaps if you gave a direct link it would work?

    Read Brad's reply to me 2 posts above yours. Redirect to GoDaddy is normal. I'll leave this to Brad because I have never dealt with GoDaddy DNS management. Mine is a direct subscription from Microsoft and DNS management is at admin.microsoft.com

    Yeah I see that. He seemed to have a workaround - but when I attempt it I end up at Godaddy and can't edit domains to make the primary domain the default in 365 to hopefully solve the problem. He got to the admin center but I get pushed back to Godaddy.

    "Yes, I just logged into my client with GoDaddy, after you get into the admin.exchange site, at the very bottom along the left is a link to Microsoft 365 admin center, clicking on that I was able to get to the root admin center for my client that has GoDaddy as a reseller."
