Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

    I am using 365 by way of Godaddy. I am able to get into the exchange admin using https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com - which has been a big help. My DMARC record is correctly created.

    However, I am having the same issue as being reported in this thread. One area I can't find is "domains" inside of the admin.exchange so that I can check that my custom domain is set to default vs the OnMicrosoft...any tips?

    Thank you Brad,

    my domain was the default domain. I had another in there with www. Infront of my domain so I just deleted it in case it was causing any issues.

    My onmicrosoft was enabled for dkim so I just turned that off so we will see if that will fix yahoo, aol verizon emails

    Does anyone else have access to edit your domain DNS records? Did you give anyone the username/password to sign in to your DNS host website (and edit records)? That's what it seems to me. If that's correct, change your password to stop them from messing up your DNS records.

    If you added a DMARC record in January and it is gone now, someone else must have accessed your DNS host and changed/deleted the record.

    You're at the wrong site. 365 Admin page is what you want https://admin.microsoft.com/

    not Exchange admin page https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com

    Yes, I just logged into my client with GoDaddy, after you get into the admin.exchange site, at the very bottom along the left is a link to Microsoft 365 admin center, clicking on that I was able to get to the root admin center for my client that has GoDaddy as a reseller.

    Once you there, click on show all - then expand settings - domains - and you can set your default domain there.
