Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

There is a different thread which received the message below on Saturday saying that the team was working on a solution to the issue. There have been no updates since that time, and the message from the Moderator referred us to this thread, but it doesn't look like there have been any updates from Microsoft on this thread either. I'm hoping that we can get an update or timeline for a resolution?

Based on further research and consult, currently, there is a hot issue related to sending to Yahoo and AoL. The product teaming is working on it to find a fix.

So far, we've encountered undeliverable emails to yahoo, aol, and now gmail, basically since 1/15/24 as far as we can tell. WTH???

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

I am getting the same problem with emails to the "@rogers.com" domain, a YAHOO offshoot account.

We are also having issues we can receive mails but not send .....This is causing us major issue!

I have had these bouncebacks from Yahoo & AOL -- and also from verizon.net

Sometimes messages have gone through to the same people, though, in the same timeframe.
