Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

Save your time as you will get no where. I waited on hold for an hour to be transferred to different levels of tech help ultimately to be told that it's a "known issue" and they are working on it (they aren't) as that was well over a week ago and more and more emails are being bounced now creating a headache trying to run a small business that's email based.

Ron, Here is the DMARC as they entered it... is it still not showing up?

v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***; ruf=mailto:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***; fo=1

But here is what I've gleaned from the article you posted; is this what it should look like?

_dmarc.laurahipescpa.com TTL IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=policy; pct=100"

Ron, I sent a reply and I guess it didn't go through! This is maddening because the company that controls my DNS settings doesn't understand what they are doing, at all! I'm trying to coach them based on what I've read in this thread. Question: in the spf record, should the character before "all" be a hyphen or a tilde? Also, could the DMARC file not be showing if the spf file was incorrect? They do have a DMARC file but I have no idea if it is correctly done.

Your MX record points to Microsoft mail hosting service. This article is a must read (all you need to know about SPF, DMARC and DKIM): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/email-authentication-spf-configure?view=o365-worldwide

I checked your SPF. It says that it's invalid
v=spf1 include: spf.protection.outlook.com ~all

I see a space between include: and spf.protection.outlook.com

There should be no space between : and spf

To verify what is the expected TXT record, go to 365 admin portal at https://admin.microsoft.com

Click Domains - DNS records. Then click your TXT record.

It should tell you the Expected record (TXT value).

I also checked your DMARC. None found. Again, read the above article before creating DMARC record.

Ron, can you help me? The company that handles my DNS settings cannot seem to get this fixed. My domain is laurahipescpa.com. I can edit my own DNS settings, but I had them change to 1 spf TXT file, add the DMARC file, and add the DKIM file. Is there something else, maybe with the MX file? FYI, GoDaddy has my domain, but the DNS settings are handled by ipage.com who provides my web site.
