here is another crazy thing that is happening. In my Microsoft distribution list, we have email addresses from AOL, Verizon, Hotmail, outlook and Gmail.

the person from AOL emails the distribution list and it was delivered to everyone. when I do it from Hotmail, AOL Verizon and yahoo don't get delivered and Gmail gets held up for about 30 min to 1 hr. but does get delivered. when the person from an outlook.com address sends to the list comcast emails don't get delivered but everything else works?

    this is nuts.

please help if you can. should I be calling GoDaddy or Microsoft.

    Mark

This is driving me crazy our domain uses GoDaddy for dns but in Microsoft 365 there are dns entries as well?

could this be my issue why I can't send to yahoo aol verizon from a Distibution list that has always worked in the past ?

I'm at a loss I have no Idea what is going on. this is my godaddy SPF and dmarc but its not working

    TXT @ v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
    TXT _dmarc v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:@marlborough-lions.com; ruf=mailto:@marlborough-lions.com; aspf=r

Yup... I see this today. I don't recall seeing that warning banner until today.

This is correct, it's a DNS setup issue. SPF / DKIM / DMARC are moving to being REQUIRED now.

Everyone needs to get comfortable with these adjustments on their DNS provider. EX711592 calls this out directly.

"If your admins have already confirmed that your organization's DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records have been established already, and your users haven't received the error code mentioned below in NDRs, then you can safely ignore this message. "

There are things behind the scenes being implemented by Google, AOL, Yahoo - and they are a hard requirement now.

Now then, those 3 things can each be done properly or improperly, which is another troubleshooting issue entirely.
