Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

Please try the links provided to earlier in this thread to check your office365 configuration of SPF, DMARC, and DKIM. In that order. It's best to have all three but if you have spf and dmarc configured and the message weight is low, (no external links) the message should deliver. You can verify or test those records at mxtoolbox
Emails are not getting delivered from Microsoft 365 to AOL, Yahoo or Verizon. We are hosted by GoDaddy, problem began on 3/31/24 around 6:30pm ET

This is not social media. If you don't have a problem when why did you make ten posts about it just today? Everything you asked for was in my first reply. Custom domains have nothing to do with this topi or this thread. You seem to be confusing custom domain names with premium licensing. Your subscription level controls the option for DKIM, not your domain name with hotmail. If you don't understand it then reach out to support and they will walk you through it. Other users understood the original post, but you keep asking questions, so it appears you are saying you have a problem. You can't say you don't have a problem and then post 10 questions asking me to explain the microsoft article that defines the needed changes. If you knew all of this then you would have told Kachx the same thing I did. Which is- you can setup the policy on premium paid accounts using hotmail.fr addresses, so reach out to support and they will help you configure the policy or they will help you upgrade to a premium account. You might notice I said that before but I am posting it here again in case. That is how you create DKIM for hotmail.fr. Buy the premium subscription and configure the defender policy as defined in the link provided. For this specific scenario you keep asking about-it's that simple.

<off topic comments removed> I said I did not have a problem and yes I manage a custom or private domain. I got all necessary records in place years ago before they become mandatory.
Going back to page 20, the user Kachx uses hotmail.fr (I'm on hotmail.fr too, if that matters at all). You told him to make a case so support can help him create a DKIM for hotmail.fr (a record that already exists and managed by Microsoft). You'd be correct if he uses his own domain name.
I get the feeling there is nothing new to learn. You are telling me everything I already know. I'm just going to leave it at that. No point continuing from here on out.
