    Hi!

like everyone else, I had this issue back in January and was fixed by adding the following txt record: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all.

However, the issue is back. any emails that I send to Yahoo, AOL or Verizon don't reach them. emails to gmail due work fine.

    my domain is barkinstyledc.com.

    any ideas????

The records look correct. You too might need to look into getting a DMARC record published (find Ron's instructions on page 7). I have not had any reports of issues from my clients that don't have DMARC records, but if I do, I will post back here as well.

Also, you can check to make sure an incorrect DKIM signature is not being applied, here is a copy and paste of what I had to change for one of my clients (not saying for sure this applies to you, but it is worth checking and changing if you find these settings) -

Double check that your domain is the default domain in the M365 admin center. If the onmicrosoft.com domain is default, switch it.

Several of my clients had an issue where Microsoft had DKIM enabled for the OnMicrosoft.com domain. Go into M365 Security Admin Center, Under "Email and Collaboration", click on "Policies and rules", Threat Policies, Email Authentication Settings, DKIM Tab -

The Clients with the issue had DKIM enabled on the OnMicrosoft domain, so if it is enabled on your OnMicrosoft domain, disable it / turn it off. You'll have to wait 30-60 minutes for this change, then re-test.

I have been fighting this for 3 months now I have a ticket with Microsoft they keep telling me the second levell

Is working on this my DNS is with go daddy but I use Microsoft 365 I know there are some DNS on both sites

    My domain is marlborough-lions.com

    Thi is so frustrating

Everything looks correct. SPF, MX, DMARC, all check out.

If you are sending from an aol account, then this thread does not apply to you.
