Outlook emails not deliverable to yahoo and aol

Starting this week, our emails to yahoo and aol accounts are not being delivered, but emails to other email accounts are working. Here is one of the yahoo error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:16 PM - Server at SJ2PR02MB10076.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError' 1/12/2024 9:26:15 PM - Server at mta5.am0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.73) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

And here is the aol error message: 1/12/2024 9:27:38 PM - Server at PH0PR02MB7367.namprd02.prod.outlook.com returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'
1/12/2024 9:15:15 PM - Server at mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net (67.195.204.80) returned '421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError'

    We were able to resolve this by adjusting the security settings. I'm not an IT expert, but it involves the DNS record and the DMARC email security protocol. Someone else provided a good explanation above.

    Could you mention who posted the information to resolve this, please?

    Start on page 1 and read the thread. Most of the answers that resolved the issues came from Ron, and a few from myself.

    Save your time as you will get no where. I waited on hold for an hour to be transferred to different levels of tech help ultimately to be told that it's a "known issue" and they are working on it (they aren't) as that was well over a week ago and more and more emails are being bounced now creating a headache trying to run a small business that's email based.

    So far, we've encountered undeliverable emails to yahoo, aol, and now gmail, basically since 1/15/24 as far as we can tell. WTH???

    I actually removed v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all and it worked! All my Yahoo customers are receiving their email now.

    I do have a Godaddy domain. Thank you. What a relief!
