I am having all yahoo emails i send pop back as not able to send.
Teresa,
Did you change your SPF record based on the advice of "network admin2" or is that something you haven't changed yet? As it stands right now, it is incorrect and the cause of your issues.
Your SPF record has values for GoDaddy hosted email, NOT M365 hosted email. Edit your SPF and change it to -
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all
If you are not sure where / how to edit this, let me know and I'll give you more details.

I have the same problem.
Who can help me out with this?
Read through this thread. We have often pointed out the info we need from you to try to point you in the right direction.
Your IT can help, possibly your web host, your domain registrar, etc. We can try to point you in the right direction, but if you don't take the time to read the thread and find out what info we need from you (domain name), then there is nothing we can do.
Brad,
My issue with emails not being delivered was resolved after I fixed the DNS settings in early February, but the problem seems to be back as of late yesterday! Are you aware of why or what needs to be fixed, now? I'm a solo CPA in the midst of tax season and I cannot afford this now! Any thoughts?
Laura
Laura, see my other reply for the issue you've now created with your SPF record after you received some bad advice.
Delete the DNS record for the Secure Server SPF, leave the outlook one.
Your domain also has an invalid DMARC record.
v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=none
Find that and delete it as well. Better to have no DMARC record than to have an incorrect one. If that does not restore email flow, go back through this thread and find Ron's posts (page 7?) that detail how to create a DMARC record.

I have the same story. We added a txt record as recommended by godaddy to DNS. This fixed the issue since January of 2024. It just returned yesterday.
domain.example is missing an SPF record, which may prevent you from sending email. You need to add v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -all as a TXT record to your DNS.
Why would you tell people whose email is hosted by Microsoft to add a GoDaddy SPF record? This is incorrect advice. This thread is for people who have this issue with domains hosted on Microsoft 365.
