You are getting some bad advice. Someone told you to add GoDaddy's SPF record, but your email is not hosted by GoDaddy. They also didn't tell you that you are only allowed one SPF record, so right now your domain is definitely wrong as it has 2 different SPF records posted.
EVERYONE - you can check your SPF records here and it will tell you if they are not valid - oops - the forum removes the links to the external site.
Google search - SPF lookup - and click on the one from MX Toolbox
If you are hosted with M365, the correct SPF record is
v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all
