How to create/save .ics file in New Outlook for Windows

I'm using New Outlook for Windows, but can't find a way to save the .ics file from my meeting (event).

How can I do that? or it's not support to do so. Kindly advise.

    Could you tell us how to delete the profiles so I could use Outlook Classic?

    Go to your Windows Control Panel.

    Select Mail (Outlook)

    Click Email Accounts

    Click new and enter all the information for your mail account. Make sure on the last screen you choose to deliver your mail to a new profile.

    Once you have that working, you can open the classic Outlook, click File then Account Settings then Change Profile.

    Outlook will restart and then ask you to pick the new profile.

    Once you are getting mail ok, you can go back to Control Panel -> Settings -> Email Accounts and delete the other profiles.

    That only works for when you are forwarding an event. I need to be able to save the .ics file so that I can link it on SharePoint for people to access without having it emailed to them. Is there an option for this?

    Can someone explain why it's no longer possible to open an .ics file directly in Outlook and save it to the calendar? Now, I have to download the .ics file, email it to myself, and only then can I open and save it. Is there a reason for this change?
