I have been deleting unnecessary emails from my outlook client application, but recently observed that the emails are not being deleted from the server. My mailbox is 97% full and it is giving warning that I will not be able to send or receive emails once the mailbox is at 99%.
I am trying to delete emails, but they are keep coming back. I tried deleting emails in several ways, but the emails are not getting deleted.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

Same with me! They would just come right back! I finally got it fixed myself, and I’m not good with such things! I went to the Microsoft website to access my email. It wanted me to update my email password. I needed to change it anyway, as it was easy and reused on several places.

Thank you, Dawn. Microsoft Support resolved it for me by utilising Outlook (Classic) in my 365 package. "New" Outlook has issues, which haven't been resolved since I first started this thread.
An automatic “enter your password “ popped up. After answering, all is back to normal!!
