Why are all my "sent" emails ending up in Draft Folder?

I'm not sure how long this has been happening, but does anyone know how to stop this from happening? I end up double checking my actual Sent folder to be sure my new/response emails did get sent, and not hung up in Draft folder.

Thanks!

Patricia

This has started happening to me, too, just today. I can't cope with this ... sent emails go to Drafts and refuse to do anything else but sit there. I make a fresh copy and click send and the same thing happens. Microsoft, this isn't good enough; HELP!!!

Completing a quick repair of the office installation seems to have fixed the issue for one of our end users in new outlook

Having the same issue but on my phone on Outlook app. And one up here...I can delete the draft, close the app, open it back up and the email has returned to the draft folder. As I cant seem to find the option to turn off anything related to the send/draft folders. How do you fix it on android phones.

I see that the problem of having emails in both the sent and the draft folders at the same time has been going on for awhile, but I have just started to notice this happening to me in the past few weeks. Yes, I have tried the solutions that were given in previous posts here. Just to be clear, I compose and send an email, and then later I am looking at my drafts and the email shows as not sent and says in a message at the top that there was a problem. However, the email has been sent, is in my sent folder, and sometimes I have even received a reply. The email stays in drafts until I delete it. This is so confusing as I am never sure if my emails actually were sent or not, and it doesn't even happen every time. Please fix!
