    To day, the march 2024, I have exactly the same problem.

    Trying the New Outlook with the same IMAP configuration that "Courrier" that is working well for 10 years

    (Port 993 for Imap and port 465 for SMTP)

    The recept works. The send is impossible with french SFR/Numericable operator.

    It is the same for 2 different IMAP account working well with "Microsoft Courrier (traditional mail client)".

    Reject message below :

    "SmtpSubmissionPermanent5XXException: Smtp submission failed. Server 'smtp.numericable.fr' Port '465'. --> Unexpected SMTP server response. Expected: 334, actual: 503, whole response: 503 5.5.1 Error: authentication not enabled

    Failure code: cf24"

    Same issue here, failure code cf24. Nothing changed for me either. I am surprised that this problem has not been solved in such a long time. The work of business e-mails has been disrupted
