    At 11:50pm tested again and didn't work. Oh well got excited there for a hot minute. I guess the wait continues.

    You need to download the older version. It’s already in your computer. Search.

    If you go to your tool bar on the top of your computer you will see the apple logo in the far left, next to it will have Outlook, File, Edit, View, Message and so on. If you click Outlook on the pulldown it will say Legacy Outlook. Select that and you can switch to the older version. The new outlook has begun working again for me.

    I'm using the new outlook and since then I can't send emails from an IMAP account that worked on the old one. And apparently, the complaints here are the same and nothing has been resolved. Unfortunate. :(
