issue with sending email in outlook giving following error code : cf24

I have Microsoft 356 Personal.

I can no longer send an email nor reply to an email on my Android phone. I can receive emails on my Android phone.

I can receive, send, reply and forward emails on my desktop.

The emails I try to reply to come back undeliverable, Failure Code CF24

Please assist me in correcting this.

Same error for me that just started 1 hour ago. This is May 9, 2024. Unbelievable that this has been an issue for so long!

I used Microsoft Outlook Help: Contact Support. They told me to remove the account and add it back using "Sync directly with IMAP" That fixed my problem. I hope it fixes yours.

What is the type of account you are using? work/school account

In the meantime, please verify whether you can successfully send emails when you log into outlook on the web. This will; help narrow down if the issue is with the app or the account itself. I cannot send any emails

Also, if you are using an IMAP account and you have recently changed my email password, please update your email account password via the Outlook Account screen. You can also try to remove and re-add the account again. I removed the account and add it and didn't work I need help please
