Still studying the problem:
The classic mail tool has always worked for me, and continues to work on my old Win 10 PC to my twc.mail.com account. My new Win 11 PC also has the classic mail app (it doesn't declare itself as Outlook) and it will not send or receive from my twc.mail.com account (their is no errors reported when I try to send or sync my incoming email).
When I try switching to New Outlook things are a little better, my twc.mail.com account will receive , but it will not send (Failure CF24 code is always reported).
I notice that the email account settings are a bit suspicious, I can inspect them through the classic mail app on my new win 11 pc and the password has too many dots. (Is something readjusting my account entries?)
Any guidance or thoughts on how I might escalate this problem to Microsoft would be appreciated. My email service provider says it is not their issue, I have to agree given that the app still works on my old PC and also my web mails.
I tried Microsoft's Assistant app and selected Outlook. This App tells me that I don't have Outlook installed and then connects me to a web site that is trying to get me onto Office 365.
Thank You all
