issue with sending email in outlook giving following error code : cf24

Trying the New Outlook with the same IMAP configuration that "Courrier" that is working well for 10 years
(Port 993 for Imap and port 465 for SMTP)
The recept works. The send is impossible with french SFR/Numericable operator.
It is the same for 2 different IMAP account working well with "Microsoft Courrier (traditional mail client)".
Reject message below :
"SmtpSubmissionPermanent5XXException: Smtp submission failed. Server 'smtp.numericable.fr' Port '465'. --> Unexpected SMTP server response. Expected: 334, actual: 503, whole response: 503 5.5.1 Error: authentication not enabled
Failure code: cf24"

2024-03-22T19:19:19+00:00 I'm using the new outlook and since then I can't send emails from an IMAP account that worked on the old one. And apparently, the complaints here are the same and nothing has been resolved. Unfortunate. :(
