Google calendar not showing up in outlook even though it is showing as connected under 'settings>accounts'

Yesterday, my google calendar stopped being visable on my outlook calendar. It has worked for years and all of a sudden it's not. outlook is showing that the calendar associated with my gmail account is connected, but I am unable to view it. I have removed and readded my gmail twice and have tried several workarounds I have found online to no avail. I use both calendars for appointments and it's absolutely devastating to have this issue. My outlook email address is associated with work and my gmail is a personal email. This issue persists on both my desktop and Surface Pro. Can someone tell me how to git this resolved?

The Google Calendar scheduling app on my Google Site wasn't working in the Edge browser.

I clicked the three dots in the upper right corner, clicked Settings, clicked Cookies and site permissions, and added https://calendar.google.com.

Now they work. I'd add the screenshot, but Microsoft still sucks, so I canna upload it.
