Google calendar not showing up in outlook even though it is showing as connected under 'settings>accounts'

Yesterday, my google calendar stopped being visable on my outlook calendar. It has worked for years and all of a sudden it's not. outlook is showing that the calendar associated with my gmail account is connected, but I am unable to view it. I have removed and readded my gmail twice and have tried several workarounds I have found online to no avail. I use both calendars for appointments and it's absolutely devastating to have this issue. My outlook email address is associated with work and my gmail is a personal email. This issue persists on both my desktop and Surface Pro. Can someone tell me how to git this resolved?

    Hi, WAYNE GODAIR

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

According to your description, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

Please give some attempts as following and see if it can make any differences:

    1. Check if the Google calendar is selected to be displayed in Outlook. To do this, go to the Calendar view in Outlook, click on "View" in the top menu, and then click on "Change View". Make sure that "Calendar" is selected and then click on "Manage Views". Check if the Google calendar is selected to be displayed.
    2. Check if the Google calendar is selected to be synchronized with Outlook. To do this, go to "File" in the top menu, click on "Account Settings", and then click on "Account Settings" again. Select your Gmail account and click on "Change". Click on "More Settings" and then click on the "Advanced" tab. Make sure that the checkbox next to "Enable Google Calendar" is selected.
    3. Check if there are any updates available for Outlook. To do this, go to "File" in the top menu, click on "Office Account", and then click on "Update Options". Click on "Update Now" to check for updates.
    4. Try removing and re-adding the Google calendar in Outlook. To do this, go to "File" in the top menu, click on "Account Settings", and then click on "Account Settings" again. Select your Gmail account and click on "Remove". Then, click on "New" to add the account again and make sure to select the option to add the calendar.

If all of above methods failed to you, would you like to try create a new profile and check if the issue persists.

Thanks for your attempts, we would be highly appreciated if you can share the detailed client version with us for further assistance.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue with the same setup (Outlook for work, Gmail for personal account) and also using the web version of Outlook. The suggestions from the Microsoft Agent (AlexChen MSFT) seem to be for the Windows/Desktop application, which I am not using.

Looking forward to any suggestion to fix this, it seems that multiple people are experiencing this issue.

+1 Same issue. Worked until a few days before, but no longer. Both not in Outlook for Web and "New Outlook".

Are you only not seeing the Calendar Entries, or are the Google Calendars also missing in the list of Calendars on the left?

The latter is what I have, no Calendars to choose from:
