Google calendar not showing up in outlook even though it is showing as connected under 'settings>accounts'

Yesterday, my google calendar stopped being visable on my outlook calendar. It has worked for years and all of a sudden it's not. outlook is showing that the calendar associated with my gmail account is connected, but I am unable to view it. I have removed and readded my gmail twice and have tried several workarounds I have found online to no avail. I use both calendars for appointments and it's absolutely devastating to have this issue. My outlook email address is associated with work and my gmail is a personal email. This issue persists on both my desktop and Surface Pro. Can someone tell me how to git this resolved?

2023-11-04T11:11:35+00:00 Thank god it is just not me. I tried so many things and got frustrated with this exact issue.
I tried both methods - connecting through 'personal calendar' and chosing Google and also through 'subscribe from web' using iCal method. Neither works.
Seems like a Microsoft bug. hopefully someone will take notice and fix it. It is very painful not to be able to see personal calendar in Outlook for Web.

2023-11-03T20:16:31+00:00 It's like the Microsoft Community Moderators never read anything and provide useless advice 100% of the time. This is within the OWA and not Outlook app.
