Okay, I found a workaround as of now. You can drag/drop the email to your Desktop like the old way. At max, it will ask for security approval to download such files and you just need to click Yes.
Once done, from there you can drag/drop to application of your choice. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, when I try to drag and save the file, it ends up being saved in Word format, and when I open it, it's mostly gibberish. What I would like to do is save it as an Outlook item, as I was able to do before. Is there a way to do that? Also, is Microsoft looking into this issue?
