I cannot copy a complete e-mail anymore and paste it in a new e-mail.

I have the exact same experience and I have got the full available ribbon - and copy is not there.

Used to be able to drag an email quickly - now several steps - not an upgrade.

I landed on this page because it was similar to my problem of not being able to cut and paste anywhere or anything in or out of the New Outlook. Upon changing back to the Old Outlook, I submitted the functional reason for reverting back to the Old Outlook and was given this solution to cut and paste. Go to Settings, General, Privacy and Data, Privacy Settings, then turn on "Optional Connected Experiences". After closing Outlook and rebooting, I am now able to cut and paste in and out of the New Outlook. I hope this helps some of you with the same struggle.

Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.

The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.

If microsoft dont fix this soon I will be forced to go gmail

Work arounds are not good enough

Please stop trying to force upgrade until its fixed.

We have NO answers on this from microsoft ? Just ignoring.
