I cannot copy a complete e-mail anymore and paste it in a new e-mail.

Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.

The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.

    Dear sirs:

    It is imperative for me to understand the reason why when I prepare an email in the NEW OUTLOOK and put the cursor on the TO field and press CTRL+F the email does not duplicate itself.

    That function has been available on Outlook for decades and for an executive like me that requires to DUPLICATE invoice customers emails, close to 125 duplicate emails, with individuals attachments the feature is critical for ensuring fast productivity.

    In CLASSIC OUTLOOK I prepare the content of an email with a universal title and content, then duplicate using CTRL+F and then work individually to attach the proper invoice.

    If the feature is indeed eliminated in the NEW OUTLOOK, provide indications on how stay put on CLASSIC OUTLOOK and not be FORCED to use NEW OUTLOOK.

    Please advise and provide an explanation.

    You are completely correct. this new outlook having lot issues. And if i want to add any conference id while scheduling a call it is not coming.

    This is an absolute nightmare since I have to constantly copy and paste for my job. Can't they just bring back the simple copy and paste feature?

    Could you share a screenshot ? for me in the new outlook. There is no longer "copy" option available when right click on an email.
