I cannot copy a complete e-mail anymore and paste it in a new e-mail.

Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.

The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.

Thanks for anyone's advice.

    Hi Microsoft Community,

For some reason the Copy and Paste feature in Microsoft Web is not working again. I am trying to copy something I pre-wrote in word to web outlook. Please ensure this feature is always working Microsoft because I have a disability and these features are essential for productivity!

    Happy New Year to all!

Microsoft are a joke. A business that alters, adds or deletes functions in their Apps at their own discretion would not last 5 minutes b/c of the backlash from customers. But Microsoft look like it takes the position that they have the monopoly & can do whatever the hell they want. Concerning the cut & paste of emails, the ability to select a whole folder of emails & copy & paste into File Explorer was a great function. Well done Microsoft on P off much of your customers. Not sure why I'm posting this as Microsoft will not give a toss .... but it just feels better to vent my annoyance. Have a nice day.

    Dear MS,

What good it adding all of the extra keystrokes if it still does not accomplish what the user needs.

I want to copy and attach the email previously sent and attach it to a new email, starting new message string. With the older version of Outlook, all I had to do as right click on the mouse, selecct copy and then go and past it as I would any other document to the new email message.

All if the extra keystrokes and or other paste suggestions you note don't give me, the user and sender, the same ability in the previous version of OUtlook.

    What is the fix?

    Thanks, Greg

    Dear Eleni Constantinou

We dont need to copy the email text, rather attach the email as attachement, which is important to submit the email if needed to another person.

Please we need this feature on urgent basis. The new update have many missing features and on the Bottomline the Classic outlook outperform the new version is all criterion and professional use. Kindly requesting to either roll back or keep all the features of the Classic outlook into the new version.

    Regards

    Yahya NDEAN
