Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi, I have the same solution, but don't you know is there any way to turn-off this approval process?
Thanks.

Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.
The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.
Thanks for anyone's advice.

Thank you @Abhishek; It works sometimes and other times it restricts;
Well What we dont understand is that, Microsoft makes things worse than the old products and how come they dont rectify this issues immediately.

Okay, I found a workaround as of now. You can drag/drop the email to your Desktop like the old way. At max, it will ask for security approval to download such files and you just need to click Yes.
Once done, from there you can drag/drop to application of your choice. Hope this helps.

Dear Microsoft,
I am a simple guy and love simple things.
As a trainer I often say to my students "keep it simple" and if it is working for you then stay with it.
Could you please spare us poor users the extra hassle, time and un convenience by thinking and testing before you change.
Thanks in anticipation of a solution,
Regards,
Mark
