I cannot copy a complete e-mail anymore and paste it in a new e-mail.

Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.

The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.

Thanks for anyone's advice.

Copying entire email threads with a simple "right click" needs to be brought back as a critical function. We need to be able to send entire email threads as an attachment to a new email. The 3 "work arounds" you listed are not practical and will diminish productivity. Please fix it.

The ability to copy and paste an entire email as an attachment is important and needs to be added back to Outlook. A function I use all the time.

    While we appreciate work arounds.

Some of us need to be able to copy and paste full email messages into other programs that our audits require.

I agree. Pity if the feature is dropped. It ws so intutive to play with the email just like a file - copy, paste, attache, whatever you want.

It seems the case with another feature where uin we could copy the attachement just by clicking on the attachment and then choosing to copy it.

I'm having the same problem as of today. Why does Microsoft continue to change processes that were intuitive and easy to use and turn them into a multi-step process? This is so irritating and it's taking up a lot of my time. None of us should need workarounds for a function as basic as copy and paste. Fix it!
