Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
This is just such a time-consuming solution. I understand it is currently the only way to do it, but why oh why would they have removed this functionality???

Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.
The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.
Thanks for anyone's advice.

Hi Microsoft,
Thanks for removing an easy to use feature and adding more steps to the work that was done in 2 steps. We really appreciate your time and effort spent on removing a feature which was quite useful to people.
same problem It is SO annoying The old version worked just fine for ms average now its over complicated.
The older outlooks you could the mouse to copy and paste into email to and from into other programs such as word. Why is the mouse function not working any more????
Why workaround? if this feature is available in old Outlook then it should be available in new Outlook also. It's a very frequently used functionality and should be available. there will be significant productivity loss if this feature is not available. I switched back to the old Outlook due to this.
