Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.
The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.
Thanks for anyone's advice.

Thank you, That is what I have been doing, frustrating not to be able to copy right into the email
I finally solved the issue. I stopped using Safari. Then starting using other web browser.. now I can copy paste from Outlook emails
I found this solution - more cumbersome than in the past but not too bad.
Select the email to copy using the check box to the LH side of the email. Do not open the email.
R Click on the email and go down to Save As and select AS MSG. Pick a location on your drive - desktop may work but for sure I saved to a file location.
From the saved location you can then copy and paste normally anywhere you like.
Hope this helps
Microsoft needs to fix this abomination, in 2025 you can't copy and paste a file or email into another email!?
