new outlook client : Windows 10 taskbar will not unhide

If the taskbar is set to auto-hide, and Outlook in full screen, the taskbar will not show up again, even when hovering the mouse over the edge of the screen.

With any other program, it works (the taskbar, comes out if hiding on top of the displayed program).

    Still not fixed and..
    Same for Windows 11 23H2.

    Latest New Outlook -fresh uninstall/re-install from the MS store.

    Also cannot import *.ICS files. drag and drop, double clicks any METHOD.

    The default Calander is NOT populated on the ICS import screen. The DROPDOWN is DISABLED and inturn the IMPORT button is also disabled.

    They TAKE away working MAIL AND CALENDER apps (well semi-working/stable) to give us ones with non-working basics.

    To not support importing events/meetings/DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS etc IS absurd!

    My fix for this is to use window key + "T". This bring up the task bar, even in the new outlook ;)

    What I've noticed, when you move Outlook to a second screen, in full screen mode. The functionality of bringing the mouse to the bottom works to bring up the taskbar. Just not on the main monitor.
