new outlook client : Windows 10 taskbar will not unhide

If the taskbar is set to auto-hide, and Outlook in full screen, the taskbar will not show up again, even when hovering the mouse over the edge of the screen.

With any other program, it works (the taskbar, comes out if hiding on top of the displayed program).

    If you do not have a second monitor, you can also OPEN a Second DESKTOP just for Outlook and related..

    To leave Outlook open and NOT have the toolbar issue:

    • Open a 2nd Desktop (icon on the toolbar) and then Open Outlook on the new Desktop 2, All the bad behavior of not hiding the toolbar only occurs when Desktop 2 is active/on top. But when Desktop 1 with all your other open APPS- is active the toolbar hides/unhides just fine/as it should. On Desktop 2 you just have to hit the Windows key for the toolbar or to get back to Desktop 1.

    This is a Workaround anyway until this is fixed properly.

    Thanks for this information. Since I have two monitors, I moved the new Outlook to my secondary screen and I am able to bring up the taskbar.

    What I've noticed, when you move Outlook to a second screen, in full screen mode. The functionality of bringing the mouse to the bottom works to bring up the taskbar. Just not on the main monitor.
