New Outlook - Auto Capitalization

Hi,

To fix this please follow the below steps.

In your New Outlook,

1. Click on New => Mail

2. In the new email, click on Options => Editor => Editor Settings

3. Enable the "Enable auto capitalization" => click ok

Here's how you turn on the auto capitalization in the new outlook.

1. Open a new mail.
2. Go to Options tab > Editor tab and open "Editor Settings".
3. Slide the "Enable Auto Capitalization" radio button and click OK.

And here's another shortcoming, unless someone has a solution. When you receive a document attached to an email, you get the option to open it in Word. Thing is, it only opens as a 'read only' file and you can't change the status in the reviewing tab, so if it something you want to edit, you have to save it, reopen it, etc. In the old Outlook that was not the case. Yet another cumbersome enhancement. Well done Microsoft !

as with everything about the new outlook this doesn't work for me either, basically all of the buttons you outline above have no function.

i am super excited about the new outlook, i get to start over as a new outlook user and learn all over again.
