New Teams is keep popping up on screen while users is working on Outlook or other apps

Users are experiencing an issue where the New Teams window keeps appearing unexpectedly while they're working on Outlook or other applications. This problem started on March 19, 2024, in New Zealand.
Despite attempting various solutions like clearing Teams caches, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, disabling Teams on startup, and restarting the device, the problem persists. Reinstalling Teams temporarily resolves the issue, but it reoccurs shortly afterward.
Could suggest any futher troubleshooting?

It's seems random on who it affects.
Right now it's only Dell Lattitude 5401, 5411, and 5420 models with New Teams. Not sure that is completely relevant though.

- Do a log out/login to new teams client.
If this dose not solve it - Uninstall classic team (Old), and do the logout/login in new teams
- Do a log out/login to new teams client.

It sounds unlikely to be be a brand issue. But someone with other computer brands affected?
