How to Add Shared Mailbox in New Outlook

Hi all, I am the System administrator. Recently we would like to tried a new outlook, but we need add the shared mailbox to user,

we tried to add account but it needs password, and the shared mailbox is no password, in classic  outlook if administrator adds permission in Exchange, after a few minutes the mailbox will show in the left panel

    This is the main reason I avoid the new Outlook, apart from smaller inconveniences like drag-and-dropping files from a mail to a Windows folder just not working. It's hilariously tragic to see how they don't seem to have thought things through with this new version.

    Fortunately for them the old version is getting gradually buggier so people will probably be bullied into the new version at some point.

    I'm completely unable to access anything in the Shared with Me section. I get the error 'Can't Complete your request - You might not have permission to perform this action.' Which is.... not true. I have added and re-added myself from the delegation (both full and send), manually removed from Outlook, closed and reopened about a thousand times. Nothing.

    Hi All

    There is a way to add the shared with me inbox to your favourites.

    1. Go to Favorites - Click on 3 dots and click Add favorite:
    2. Search for Inbox:
    3. Select the shared mailbox inbox you would like to add to your favorites

    you can add the mailbox but cant add just the folder under it.
