    Mary,

    I am receiving the same message. It started a few days ago. Have you gotten your issued fixed? If you have, can you tell me what you did to resolve that issue? Thank you for any help you can provide. Cheryl E1

    Thanks, but I got it figured out. I forgot that I had changed my password. As soon as I updated my password in Outlook, it started working again. I appreciate you getting back to me.

    I can not send form through my Quickbooks because the Service tech said that my smtp is turned off on my hotmail account. Please turn on smtp on ******@hotmail.com and respond to me on this issue.

    THIS PROBLEM AROSE RECENTLY.I CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE ON EITHER LIVE MEIL OR OUTLOOK. IT SEEMS THAT i HAVE TWO VERSIONS OF OUTLOOK ON MY COMPUTER SINCE i GET A DIFFERENT SCREEN DEPENDING ON HOW I SIGN IN.
