Errors when sending or receiving email in Outlook.com or Hotmail

I can sign in to Outlook OK, but have stopped receiving emails since tester day. I also cannot send emails. I have the same problem on my android phone and windows laptop. I am a Microsoft 365 subscriber.

It my opinion, we are having the same issue. I think it has something to so with syncing all account's to the same email inbox. This is no longer an option. Now we have to attach each email account individually to outlook, outlook.com and outlook mobile. This is what I had to do to make it work.. I also noticed I no longer receive system error messages from my old synced email account from the old way we use to do it. I think Microsoft must have done a update and rendered the old system obsolete.

Thanks Todd, I appreciate your reply, which makes perfect sense. I'm trying to do as you suggest, but not sure how to. There seems to be a new version of Outlook, which might be causing the problem. Thanks again. Jimmy

Using outlook from Microsoft 365. When I send an email the body of the message comes thru blank.

This started about a month ago. I then reinstalled outlook and same thing happens. I tried sending from 2 different accounts and get the same results, blank body.

It is the same when I send to different addresses.

I am not sending an attachment.

No I still cannot send emails. It is telling me that your message wasnt sent because there is a daily limit for how many messages can be sent.
