Errors when sending or receiving email in Outlook.com or Hotmail

On my Microsoft Outlook account, i can receive some emails but quite a lot are NOY coming into my inbox or junk.

I DELETED the NON-Functioning OUTLOOK INBOX folder in order to try to restore service, not realizing that one cannot restore it! There is NO Reset in this App!!! I would probably have to delete and/or create as new alias; TOO much hassle IMHO, easier to just let Gmail handle this going forward. I have never seen a more problematic email App than OUTLOOK.com in 30 years!!! So now you want to ELIMINATE Windows mail as well, and force-Feed OUTLOOK?! Windows mail works much better than OUTLOOK could ever hope to accomplish! I've been a keen supporter of MS products, but OUTLOOK WILL drive me away for good. >_<

It's happening again for the last few days. Come on microsoft, you have to fix this and stop it from happening!!!

i bought a new laptop and was using a mail program for email. This new laptop will not accept the emails and i am using outlook. My cell phone works with old email but not laptop. Wants me to update credentials?
