    Hi I an also having issues with sending and receiving emails says server is not responding. This has been a problem for the last week. Out of the blue and nothing I have been able to do will fix it. It is not a storage problem. I really would like to speak with someone to help fix this. I use my phone primarily to check and respond to email. And this has been my email for 25 years and I don’t want to delete it.

    Please help.

    When i receive emails, in hotmail they go to delete folder instead of box. How do i correct the situation?

    Specifically, I cannot SEND messages from my tiscali.co.uk (via "Outlook for desktop" to any gmail.com recipient. Messages just don't arrive - although they do not bounce back either. Do I need to install some sort of extra authentication for my tiscali.co.uk domain?
