Errors when sending or receiving email in Outlook.com or Hotmail

I can sign in to Outlook OK, but have stopped receiving emails since tester day. I also cannot send emails. I have the same problem on my android phone and windows laptop. I am a Microsoft 365 subscriber.

I am not receiving emails to hotmail from any source since 6th July.

I can send successfully from the hotmail account to myself or any other account and they show as 'sent' after showing in the 'Outbox'.

I am not having any error notifications.

I have checked the storage which is within the allowance.

I have changed my hotmail password.

I have removed the hotmail account from all devices and re-added to each device without any improvement.

Please advise

I was hacked changed my password, everything working in my Hotmail account except I am NOT receiving any new emails. HELP!

I have 365 basic subscription on monthly.I have updated my card due to my card was expired it.then I can’t access to send and receive any email afterwards. Can you pls help me to sort this out.
