Errors when sending or receiving email in Outlook.com or Hotmail

I have not received any email in my Inbox since October 2023. I was unable to to get the code sent to my phone as I was no longer using the one registered to my account. I did inform Outlook about the new number but I had to wait a whole month before the new number was registered to my account.

We are now in January 2024 and there has been no change to my inbox. Some not-urgent / junk mail still come to the junk folder.

THIS PROBLEM AROSE RECENTLY.I CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE ON EITHER LIVE MEIL OR OUTLOOK. IT SEEMS THAT i HAVE TWO VERSIONS OF OUTLOOK ON MY COMPUTER SINCE i GET A DIFFERENT SCREEN DEPENDING ON HOW I SIGN IN.

I can not send form through my Quickbooks because the Service tech said that my smtp is turned off on my hotmail account. Please turn on smtp on ******@hotmail.com and respond to me on this issue.

Thanks, but I got it figured out. I forgot that I had changed my password. As soon as I updated my password in Outlook, it started working again. I appreciate you getting back to me.
