I have trouble receiving emails on my account

Now I have an error for a message sent to Delta Airlines.

I've never sent a message to Delta and never flown Delta. I've flown fewer than ten flights in my life and I'm on Social Security.

It started 2 1/2 weeks ago. working one day but not the next.

It occurs with all contacts in my email.

I don't have a screen shot of the latest message,

In process of working to get OUTLOOK configured again.

I'll advise after that. Also had Spectrum out to check the wiring from the central box and it needed to be adjusted so that should also help the setup.

My uncle Stephen Smith cannot get emails thru to my acc . Other hackers using Stephen Smith send me many emails all fake . I don't know how to get rid of them and get my uncle clear to send to me again . Please help
