Errors when sending or receiving email in Outlook.com or Hotmail

I am currently experiencing the same issues that I cannot receive or send emails. I have resent my password and checked if my storage is full but this is not the case.

Is this able to be resolved?

When I tried to send myself an email from a different email, the email bounced back stating:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Nkechi Nwanokwai (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)The recipient's email system isn't accepting messages now. Please try resending your message later or contact the recipient directly.

when I tried to send an email from that address to another address, it was not received by the email.

This problem started yesterday 9/04/23. Nothing has been changed on my settings.

Do a search for a READ RECEIPT problem. That was what my problem was. I had a receipt that was stuck and my computer tried to keep sending it, but could not. It did not appear in the OUT BOX and there was no way to delete it. Someone in the forum directed me to the solution. Hopefully they can help you too.

hi, the problem is, i am not receiving emails, i had a friend send an email and it was noted as undeliverable. if i try to send one it just stays in sent file and not reported as undeliverable. i have changed password gone through the unblock procedure, deleted old emails to clear space. i can log in ok but cant send or receive emails.

I can't provide you with a screenshot but it's an error 550.

It happens when I send an email to any recipient.

It started 3-4 days ago.

Some with an attachment, some without. Even simple test emails will not send.
