I have trouble receiving emails on my account
Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

I am having trouble sending any message on Sun, Mar 3 from my hotmail account. I am receiving messages, but cannot access any folder, nor the sent items. It is not a storage issue, however, I already purchased more storage.
Please comment and help as I would need to send e-mails. It is very disappointing and alarming.
I am not receiving e Mails as of last night
Message is that Drafts can not be sent at this time , but they are never sent. These drafts are all SAGE ORGINATOR. All have attachments
Now I have an error for a message sent to Delta Airlines.
I've never sent a message to Delta and never flown Delta. I've flown fewer than ten flights in my life and I'm on Social Security.

It started 2 1/2 weeks ago. working one day but not the next.
It occurs with all contacts in my email.
I don't have a screen shot of the latest message,
In process of working to get OUTLOOK configured again.
I'll advise after that. Also had Spectrum out to check the wiring from the central box and it needed to be adjusted so that should also help the setup.
