Two days ago all my emails started bouncing back to the sender. I can't send emails. I can't get on to anyone for help. I have done all the suggested fixes.
I logged a case 2401310010004601.
This is urgent. I need my emails for work and personal use. I am about to travel overseas and need to be contactable.
I CAN'T get help.
I am DESPERATE.
brand new computer and I signed in to microsoft, put in my email and outlook and can not recieve or sen d mail ever
I could receive any email from sender. I can send but i could not receive. and mu email address is ******@outlook.com
I have not received any email in my Inbox since October 2023. I was unable to to get the code sent to my phone as I was no longer using the one registered to my account. I did inform Outlook about the new number but I had to wait a whole month before the new number was registered to my account.
We are now in January 2024 and there has been no change to my inbox. Some not-urgent / junk mail still come to the junk folder.
Please advise

THIS PROBLEM AROSE RECENTLY.I CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE ON EITHER LIVE MEIL OR OUTLOOK. IT SEEMS THAT i HAVE TWO VERSIONS OF OUTLOOK ON MY COMPUTER SINCE i GET A DIFFERENT SCREEN DEPENDING ON HOW I SIGN IN.
